Where possible we aim to despatch orders the same day, however, if specific sizes and specifications are needed these need to be designed and manufactured and in these circumstances can take upto five days.

Returns

If you have any problems with your order please use our contact form and we will provide you with a returns reference number and instructions on how to send the order back to us. Returning an item without a returns number may delay the refund process. Refunds or replacements will only be processed upon receipt of the returned goods and returns reference number. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. If required we can arrange a courier to pick the item/s up for you.

Damaged goods/packaging should be reported to the delivery driver immediately where possible. Please report any damage to goods whilst in transit to us as soon as possible
