Return Policy

Our Drumscreen Panels and other acrylic products are shipped with a plastic non transparent film on the surface of the acrylic to prevent scratches during transit. Please do NOT remove this film until you are sure you will keep the panels! If you decide you would like to return a Drumscreens.co.uk product and the plastic film has not been removed, we will refund your purchase cost less a 10% restocking fee and a return shipping fee provided the panels are returned in a new condition. If the plastic film has been removed, the products are not returnable. If retuning a Drumscreens product you will be charged a delivery fee plus 10% restocking fee. If you are returning a drum isolation booth a delivery charge of £390 will be added to the 10% restocking fee. 
 
Product Warranty

All Drumscreens.co.uk products are warranted against material defects for one year from the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover our products being scratched from normal wear and tear, nor does it cover surface clouding caused by improper cleaning techniques. Hinge components are warranted for one year.

In buying a Drumscreen or Drum Isolation Booth from www.drumscreens.co.uk The purchaser fully understands that they are not a permanent structure, therefore can fall over and may cause damage or injury so in purchasing one of these products I do so at my own risk.
